Prophecy of Worship

Prophecy of Worship

June 17, 2009 - Dallas, TX

What a special moment for us. Men have endeavored to articulate the grandeur, the greatness, the excellence of God and pitifully have evaluated these attributes with our words that are so limited. And yes there are those that have captured his head and captured the hearts of many men and women by the utterance of praise in the face of defeat, in the presence of an enemy, in the face of pain. The utterance of praise captures the heart of God as nothing else does. Nothing captures the heart of God when men are surrounded by iniquity, darkness, fear, potential defeat and crisis, and in the midst of that with a few fumbling words lifted up their hands in a bodily motion and lifted up their voice and said “Abba Father.” Even if it’s just a whisper, “Holy, holy, holy, holy is the Lord!” It’s just two words. Something happens, it may be just “Jesus” it may just be “Savior.” Just that one utterance shatters the panicking forces of hell, brings down walls of Jericho, calms seas. Just those few utterances of praise brings mighty nations down in the presence of a Jehoshaphat. Just the utterance of praise, no great sermons and no great articulations, no recitals of poetry, but just the utterance of praise, the most remarkable things have taken place. I suggest to you tonight that your enemy is completely helpless, that God is listening for that kind of praise tonight! That’s the kind of praise that God is looking for!

We lift our hands in the presence of our enemies. We lift our hands in the presence of defeat. We lift our hands in the presence of an economic crisis and we give Him praise! Hallelujah! Nothing greater!

The Spirit of the Lord wants me to tell you, if you would trust Me that in the presence of what they have called an economic crisis, in the presence of men and enemies that hate you, the sound of your praise, not the power of your nuclear, not the power of your weaponry, not the power of the great armies and navy – no, not the great power of this nation – but God said the great power of the church – the kingdom within this nation will shake! I have gathered you in Dallas, Texas so that I could release a sound to this nation. This has been transformed into an Upper Room, says the Lord. I wish to hear you praise Me with one accord, I wish to hear you praise Me with one accord!

The Spirit of God says, you have been in a field, you have been in a field. Elisha was in a field. The field’s name that Elisha was in before Elijah found him was Abel Meholah. This means the “field of rejoicing.” And Elisha was plowing with 12 yoke of oxen and he was with the 12th. And the Spirit of God says here tonight this is a moment in time that you will understand what is happening. God said, I send my prophet with a mantle, to tell you this and to make known to you that the time of plowing in this one field has come to an end. You have plowed and you have plowed and you have been with the 12th. You say “what about me, I’ve just started my journey?” God says, I speak to my people, I speak to this house and speak to many houses and men of God.

Your time of plowing has come to an end. You time of labor in the field has come to an end. I have come to cast a mantle on you, says the spirit of God, a mantle so that you can have the portion that you will go beyond and do things that you’ve never done before. It is a spirit of transcendence, you will transcend beyond, says the Lord. Now take it, for this is yours!

For the Spirit of God says if you would hear this and understand that your plowing, your laboring and even in the midst of your rejoicing, has come before Me as a sweet fragrance, says the Lord. For there is a release that you have been waiting for. You are tired, you are worn out. God says, don’t worry, for now the end of that labor has come. You may kiss your mother goodbye, you may kiss your father goodbye in that field, and God said there is a double portion that has been granted to you, says the Lord!

Take it from Him, the mantle of transcendence, radical transcendence to a place beyond the range of this normal world, and things that have never been uttered by men. Knowledge shall be made known to the church. Knowledge shall be made known long before the knowledge is taken and received by those in dark places. I have kept a treasure of darkness for such a time as this so that you may invade my markets, so that you may invade my kingdoms and the kingdoms of this world shall become the kingdoms of our God and of His Christ, says the Spirit of God.

Therefore, tonight, as a sound has been birthed in Dallas, Texas, know this: that it shall spread throughout the nation and to the nations of the world. For many have looked to Australia, New Zealand and many other countries and said “they have excelled in the sound of worship.” But God says, this sound that is coming out is a sound that is so different, it shall shake the very barriers of Satan and give you access, access, access says the Lord!

"The Enemy is a Shark and the Father of Lies"

Years ago when I lived in Bondi Beach, Australia, I spent a whole lot of my life on the beach. I was a very backslidden Christian, but that's another story though! Often when I was there on the beach, the sirens would go off and there was a "shark alarm" sounding. I remember one Saturday the shark alarms sounded about 50 times, no kidding.

Now, some of those sharks weren't very large but they had about 120 rows of teeth. If you got into the water with them, chances are that you were dead meat. The ocean is their natural domain and it's not yours. They are "at home" there and though you can visit—swim, sail, etc., you will never have dominion when you are in that ocean because it's not your natural environment.

Mind you, if you stayed in the parking lot and put that same deadly shark in that space, he may thrash around a little, but he really has no power and cannot operate in that realm of "air space." But YOU can—because it's your natural environment.

So why am I telling you this?

The Father of Lies vs. the Truth

Well it reminds me of something. Do you know the only way the devil can minister to you is through lies? He is the father of lies, and Jesus said, "There is no truth in him." Do you realize the enemy cannot operate in truth because he is liar and there is NO TRUTH IN HIM.

So he will lie to you and hope that you will believe the lie and thus lure you into his territory like the shark in the ocean. If you fall for it, then you are in his environment and then you will get beaten up. But you can choose to stay in the parking lot, the TRUTH, then there is nothing he can do if you stay in the truth. The enemy cannot operate in the truth; he is powerless.

The TRUTH sets you free from what may be true in the natural. It may be true that you don't feel so good or maybe the enemy is attacking you with condemnation or fear or some negative thing. But the TRUTH is that Jesus qualified you 100% and Jesus has given you power over ALL the power of the enemy. The TRUTH is that you are more than a conqueror. The TRUTH is that the devil is under your feet, placed there by the resurrection of Christ.

Most of us have learned to live according to how we feel. The devil knows that and he will play with your feelings and your thoughts if you allow it. He will drag you into believing a lie and then "wham."

Declaring the Truth

Do you know there are angels around you giving you Scriptures and singing you songs, declaring the truth? But you have to listen and start declaring the TRUTH yourself. Maybe you get slammed with feelings of rejection, but the truth is that you are accepted in the Beloved and you are royalty. You are so precious that Jesus gave His very life for you. He called you, redeemed you, sanctified you, anointed you and filled your life with grace and glory. The truth will set you free from the feelings of rejection.

The "good news" is your inheritance. Release the spirit of good news over your doorways, the mail box, the telephone, the car, the cat, the kids, etc. I don't care what it looks like. I am not asking how you feel; you have to decide what you believe. Your feelings will lie to you; you can't walk in your feelings. You have to walk in the TRUTH. I know it's not so easy sometimes, but it's still true.

Everything has to do with what you believe. Don't wait until you are sick before you decide what you believe about healing. Don't wait until you have a dire need before you decide what you believe about His provision.

Ask God what to pray if you feel you are under attack. Maybe someone has made some judgments about you. Maybe the local witches decided they don't like you. The Holy Spirit can show you what to pray or if you need to break anything in the spirit. Just stay in the TRUTH and refuse to receive the lies of the enemy.

Laughing At the Devil

When we first moved to Macon, GA, Bob Jones told me, "Watch out, there is a spirit of depression over that area." Well I forgot what he said and one morning a couple of months later, I got up and went to the office. I felt a bit down. Someone had said something discouraging in an email. In the office everyone was walking around all heavy and tired looking—glum (that's a good word that Americans don't use very much). I couldn't figure out why it seemed so heavy.

But I went back to my own kitchen where there is a lot of room. I said, "OK God, what's going on?" The Holy Spirit reminded me of what Bob had said to me a couple of months previously—the spirit of depression in the area! Guess what? It was right over my house.

"Oh, so now I see you," I said to the spirit. "Well I want to thank you for reminding me who you are, and thank you for reminding me who I am. That's great!" Then I started to praise the Lord (loudly) and sing (loudly) and jump around. And I laughed (loudly). Do you know that devil left right away. He doesn't like to be laughed at you know; he is very prideful.

He is a liar and the father of lies and there is no truth in him. The devil cannot operate in truth. He cannot reach you if you stay in the truth. Stay in the parking lot. Don't get into the ocean with him; that's his territory (lies).

Repeat this after me: I am so loved by Jesus and so blessed I hardly know what to do with myself. I am the head and not the tail; I am royalty—not just any old royalty, but royalty of the Royalty. I can go boldly to the throne of grace because Mighty God is my Heavenly Father. He is Abba, Daddy, and He loves me with unconditional love. His grace is on my life and the glory is my inheritance.

Laugh (out loud) at the enemy!

Be blessed,

Can You Walk The Father's Walk?

Kim Clement

When I was a child my father would take all our shoes on Saturday night and polish them for church on Sunday morning. I would see him line them up by the front door after he polished them. He told me once that "a man could be judged by his footwear." He said, "If your collar and cuffs are clean and crisp, and if your teeth are cleaned and shoes polished, no one would notice a rumpled suit." I never forgot that.

One day he had his shoes by the door and I did something I never thought I would. It made such an impact on my life. I tried on my father's shoes. I was surprised to find out that the insides were lined with newspaper and one shoe had a hole in it. I stretched my own toes to see if I could possibly fit in those shoes. Obviously not. I slowly removed them and placed them back.

I kept the memory of how well-worn they were—how those very shoes were molded to his feet. From that day on I began to watch my father when he walked, and I knew I could feel his steps. I had bonded with him in an entirely new way. I never knew it would reflect my Christian walk as I grew in the Lord—watching my Father's steps.

One Sunday morning while in church many years later, the Lord asked me, "Can you walk My walk?" and "Can you wear My shoes?"

Instantly I was keenly aware of my childhood memory and was convicted that I could not walk HIS walk. Obviously not. Silently I started to sob. My heart was breaking in the presence of the Lord. I could not fit those shoes.

The Prophecy of the Shoes of My Father: The Calling to Step Like Him

Recently I have had those memories come for a visit. I heard the Lord breathe on them with a revelation that I did not have. He said again, "Can you walk My walk?" and "Can you wear My shoes?"

This time I waited before I could answer. Then I heard a voice cry deep inside of me: TODAY THE SPIRIT OF REVELATION IS AN OPEN HEAVEN OVER THE BODY. I am convinced that we are learning to "walk a fresh walk in the Lord." I will say, "Yes, Lord, I will walk Your walk ONLY with You by my side and WITH You helping me."

I was then taken into a vision of a "knight of old" climbing up a flight of ancient stairs. When he reached the top, his face shown, and I saw the brilliance of great grace upon Him. His face shown with such beauty in HIS Presence.

"Teach me to walk as this one did O Lord," I heard my spirit cry. "Teach me." Then I became fully convinced that the shoes of our forefathers are being made ready to put on us. Some reading this may already have them and need to polish them.

I heard the Lord say, "Your feet have grown and you will learn to walk in the ways of the ancient ones."

Proverbs 22:28, "Remove not the ancient landmark, which thy fathers have set."

What the Lord said was thought provoking. The Lord is changing our thoughts and He is calling us to think LIKE HIM.

"I am changing the footsteps of many and they will have hinds feet," says the LORD.

Habakkuk 3:19, "The LORD God is my strength, and He will make my feet like hinds' feet, and He will make me to walk upon mine high places..."

Follow the Ways of the King

"Some will bath the feet of their masters with their tears. They will once again see the honor I place upon My people!" says the Lord.

Luke 7:44, "And He turned to the woman, and said unto Simon, Seest thou this woman? I entered into thine house, thou gavest Me no water for My feet: but she hath washed My feet with tears, and wiped them with the hairs of her head." This was a memorial to the woman. That's unbridled humility and great honor. Immortality in the eternal realm.

"Many will cry, 'I can't unlatch your sandals. Some will be sincere YET some will bear a false humility. Step softly in grace. TEACH them to be willing to be taught," says the Lord of Lords.

John 1:26-27, "'I baptize with water,' John replied, 'but among you stands One you do not know. He is the One who comes after me, the thongs of whose sandals I am not worthy to untie.'" John the Baptist had a Holy Fear of the Lord and recognition of His deity. He was a humble man, yet a man of great influence.

"BUT you, O Church, YOU ARE My everlasting victory! You will now put on a polished armor, an armor of peace and an armor of grace—the Gospel to go forth in My power. The armor is to give you Added strength! I say, 'Added strength,'" says the Lord.

Ephesians 6:15, "And your feet shod with the preparation of the Gospel of peace." Our feet will have protection, our feet will be sure, our feet will be like HIS feet—strong and able to step in the places which He is stepping.

"I will dispatch your footsteps. I will command to hear them. I will make them confident. I will be GOD in your steps," says the Lord of the Hosts.

Psalm 119:133, "Direct my footsteps according to Your word; let no sin rule over me." Now that is safe stepping.

"I will make you a mighty sound like in the trees," the Lord declares to you!

2 Samuel 5:24, "As soon as you hear the sound of marching in the tops of the balsam trees, move quickly, because that will mean the LORD has gone out in front of you to strike the Philistine army." You will not walk alone ever! We will unite in victory!

"I will call for your steps, and you will change," says the GOD of Glory!

Exodus 3:5, "Do not come any closer," God said. "Take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy ground." I know this—when He speaks He will not change. BUT I also know this—we must all begin to change our shoes. Our footsteps are being heard in the Courts of the Great King.

Ephesians 4:1, "I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called."

Colossians 1:10, "And we pray this in order that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and may please Him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God."

1 Thessalonians 2:11-12, "As you know how we exhorted, and comforted, and charged every one of you, as a father does his own children, that you would walk worthy of God who calls you into His own Kingdom and glory."

Revelation 3:4, "Yet you have a few people in Sardis who have not soiled their clothes. They will walk with Me, dressed in white, for they are worthy."

"Yes," says the LORD. "Now is time to change your shoes and change your walk. There is time. Yes, there is time to stop and change your shoes. Then run and follow Me as I follow My Father," says the Son of GOD.

The Great Commission

And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.
"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit,
teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age" (Matthew 28:18-20).

We have often confused the good news of our salvation through the cross with the message of the Great Commission. Of course this is included in the gospel, but the gospel is much more than personal salvation. The foundation of The Great Commission is that all authority has been given to Jesus, in both heaven and earth. The Great Commission is not just a proclamation of our salvation, but of His authority.

Of course, our redemption is so wonderful, and the message of the love of God that is established by it is so profound, that it is easy to understand why many have a difficult time seeing beyond it. However, if we are to fulfill The Great Commission we must see beyond it. We were not commanded to go into all of the world with the gospel of salvation, but with the gospel of the kingdom, as we read in Matthew 24:14:

"And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world for a witness to all the nations, and then the end shall come."

The gospel of the kingdom is the good news that Jesus is the King who sits above all rule and authority and power. He can at anytime reveal to the whole world that He is the King by peeling back the heavens. However, until the time of His return, He is seeking to call those who so love God and His truth that they will live in His kingdom now, even though they are opposed by the whole world that still lies in the power of the evil one.

We first proclaim Him as our own King by submitting our lives to His leadership and dominion. Then we seek to proclaim the good news of how much more wonderful it is to live under His dominion rather than under the domain of this present evil age. However, our message will be hollow and empty unless we are in fact living under His dominion.

That is why the Great Commission was not just to make converts, but to make disciples, teaching them to observe "all" that He has commanded. The most important step in any journey is usually the first, but we must acknowledge that the first step is just the beginning. As wonderful as it is to be born again, when one is born again they are as far from their ultimate purpose as an infant is from being the President of the United States. I use this example of the President because a Christian is called to something much higher than that—which is ruling and reigning with Christ.

The author of the Book of Hebrews laments that he cannot give his readers solid food, but can only give them milk because of their immaturity. Hebrews is one of the deepest theological books in the Bible, with few Christians even comprehending many of its teachings such as that about the Melchezedek priesthood, yet the author says that this book is only milk! (see Hebrews 5:11-14) Where does this leave us? How do we go on to maturity so that we can partake of solid food spiritually?

The Lord spoke something to me nearly twenty years ago that so jolted me that I have since been on a quest trying to understand it. What the Lord said was that many multi-level marketers understand kingdom principles better than the present leaders of the church. An important insight about this statement came to me recently from a friend of mine, who has been one of the most successful multi-level marketers. I asked him what he considered to be the secret of his success. He replied quickly that it was the fact that when someone entered their business they were immediately shown how far they could go, and that each step toward their goal was clearly defined so that they always knew where they were in relation to their goal, and what they needed to do next to go higher.

How many Christians can say that in relation to their purposes in Christ? How many even know the next step toward pressing on to maturity? In poles I have taken in our conferences it seems that less than 5 percent of Christians even know what their own purpose in Christ is. This must be one of the great and tragic failures of the modern church.

When I had the prophetic experience that I wrote about in The Final Quest, I had to climb a mountain. Each level on that mountain represented a biblical truth. As I climbed higher, I received more authority to defeat the enemies who were attacking us, and I also began to see more of the glory of the Lord. Since that time I have sought the wisdom of the Lord as to how to best implement the climbing of that mountain into our ministry and our message.

It is for the reason of trying to impart this systematic spiritual progression that I am writing this kind of book. Even though it is a daily devotional, I think that you can see a systematic progression in it. I am already writing the next one, which I believe can help show the way to an even higher realm on the mountain of the Lord. As Proverbs 4:18 declares, "But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, that shines brighter and brighter until the full day." The light that we walk in should be getting continually brighter.

We Have Yet To Find God!

Find God!
by Francis Frangipane
(En EspaƱol)

There is only one thing that keeps most churches from prospering spiritually. They have yet to find God.

Holiness Comes From Seeking The Glory Of God
“How can you believe, when you receive glory from one another, and you do not seek the glory that is from the one and only God?” (John 5:44) If we are displaying our spirituality to impress men, still seeking honor from others, still living to appear righteous or special or “anointed” before people, can we honestly say we have been walking near to the living God? We know we are relating correctly to God when our hunger for His glory causes us to forsake the praise of men.

Does not all glory fade in the light of His glory? Even as Jesus challenged the genuineness of the Pharisees’ faith, so He challenges us: “How can you believe, when you receive glory from one another?”

What a weak comfort is the praise of men. Upon such a frail ledge do we mortals build our happiness. Consider: within but a few days after the Lycaonians attempted to worship Paul, they were congratulating themselves for having stoned him! (See Acts 14:11–19.) Consider: was it not the same city whose songs and praise welcomed Jesus as “King . . . gentle, and mounted on a donkey” (Matt. 21:5–9), that roared, “Crucify Him!” (Luke 23:21) less than one week later? To seek the praise of men is to be tossed upon such a sea of instability!

We must ask ourselves, whose glory do we seek in life, God’s or our own? Jesus said, “He who speaks from himself seeks his own glory” (John 7:18). When we speak from ourselves and of ourselves, are we not seeking to solicit from men the praise that belongs only to God? To seek our glory is to fall headlong into vanity and deception. “But,” Jesus continued, “He who is seeking the glory of the one who sent Him, He is true and there is no unrighteousness in Him” (John 7:18). The same quality of heart that made Christ’s intentions true must become our standard as well. For only to the degree that we are seeking the glory of God are our motivations true! Only to the degree that we abide in the glory of Him who sends us is there no unrighteousness in our hearts!

Therefore, let us give ourselves to seeking the glory of God, and let us do so until we find Him. As we behold the nature of Christ, as our eyes see Him, like Job we “abhor” ourselves and “repent in dust and ashes” (Job 42:1–6 KJV). As we are bathed in His glory, we shall be washed from seeking the glory of man.

If we truly find Him, no one will have to tell us to be humble. No one need convince us our old natures are as filthy rags. As we truly find God, the things which are so highly esteemed among men will become detestable in our sight (see Luke 16:15).

What could be more important than finding God? Take a day, a week or a month and do nothing but seek Him, persisting until you find Him. He has promised, “You will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart” (Jer. 29:13). Find God, and once you have Him, determine to live the rest of your life in pursuit of His glory. As you touch Him, something will come alive in you—something eternal, someone Almighty! Instead of looking down on people, you will seek to lift them up. You will dwell in the presence of God. And you will be holy, for He is holy.

New Currents are Being Released!
Tuesday morning in prayer, I heard the Lord say, You have got to catch My current. Some of you are living in the past flow of how I was working, and some of you have ridden the wave of the past current and drifted to shore at a wrong place. You are not sure where you’re at right now, but I AM bringing a new current. There are currents in the air; there are currents in the sea; there are currents in your brainwaves. I am releasing winds and sounds that will produce new currents to flow! Come into My current flow because now I’m going to start restoring the tabernacle of David for this generation. You have been moving in prototypes, you’ve been bringing things in, but now the current will shift so David’s tabernacle for this season will be seen. I’m shifting the currents over the restoration of David’s tabernacle.”

I could see this in the heavens. I could see David’s tabernacle and the currents shifting over it. From the way we have danced, we’ll dance differently. From the way we have dressed, we’ll dress differently. From the way we have sung, we will sing differently. However, there was still a veil, and the Lord said, “I am removing those veils. I’m shifting the way the restoration of David’s tabernacle has been established for this generation. I’m shifting it and putting it in the hearts of men and women and children. I’m shifting My current and it’s going to blow into your heart. The current is shifting over David’s tabernacle, and David’s tabernacle will start forming in the earth realm and restoration will be released in a new way for the season ahead.”

I want you to lay your hand on your brain and decree your currents will begin to flow differently. Lay one hand on your heart and say, “Lord, let us catch a new current. You’ve got to get me in the current!” Do not rely on your own understanding. Be willing to shift! You might not know where the current will take you, but you must be willing to go. You’ve never felt this wind before, but you’re raising your sail. You don’t understand where this river’s going to take you, but you’ve got to get in it anyway. You might not understand all the changes happening in the world around you, but they’re happening. Lord, get us into the “know” and get us in the “now,” so we embrace the new current. The current is changing! The currents of the air and the currents of the seas are changing and the breezes are beginning to shift. We’ve got to see how these currents are flowing - adverse currents and wind currents and philosophy currents are changing. Ask the Lord to take us up and let us see how the currents are moving. We must see how the winds are moving in the earth-realm and what is creating this atmospheric change. Ask the Lord to let you see what’s creating all the changes around you. See what words are really the sources of the wind. Let’s go up and into a place where we can see what is creating all the changes around us. “Lord, take us to the source of the adverse winds!”

LeAnn Squier began to sing prophetically:Lord, I see words on the wind…some of them are curses…some of them have been unleashed on us. But I hear a stronger voice. Yes, I hear a louder sound and I want to lift it all into the atmosphere. I hear the roar of the lion; I hear the roar of the lion on the wind… I hear a current of power…I will not be afraid of it. It’s being released for this hour…The roar of the lion is creating the waves that are causing everything to take a shift, causing things to capsize… Father, take us into that which is causing many changes.”

The Lord said,Listen carefully this week to the shifting of the winds. Watch the manifestation of the seas as they become tumultuous. Listen and watch as boats overturn. Listen and watch as things happen. It will show you prototypes of where (and what) I’m blowing into and what I’m doing, and where there needs to be watching. Watch the shifts of the firewalls. Watch the shifts of every force that is shifting this week and you will gain patterns. Watch the shift where the economy went down lower than over the last 12 years, for a new administration of supply is coming to My people.”

You haven’t gone to the high place I’m going to take you to. Since you have resisted going to the high place to tear down certain altars, you’ve not known the way the current is shifting. The current is shifting and it’s causing you to rise up. Rise up with strength where you can make it to a place and say, ‘I see now what has been ruling. I see the high place and I see what was sacrificed. I see what formed a wrong covenant.’ There are wrong covenants forming all over this land. There are law structures changing. The Amendments that you’ve known to the Constitution are being amended differently and worked around in a different way. Go up and move into the current of the high place.”

John 3:8 says, “The wind blows where it wishes and you hear the sound of it, but do not know where it comes from and where it’s going. And so is everyone who is born of the Spirit.” The Lord says, “My current is shifting because I am bringing ‘birth’ across the earth realm. I’m bringing ‘birth’ into the ideas of men. Therefore, the enemy is sending adverse currents in to birth ideas contrary to My mind. But I say the current is shifting.”

The armies of the earth are mounting, and camps are forming. People are finding their places in new ways. Camps are forming and alignments are being redirected at this time. Watch, because new camps are forming, many that are against My covenant plan as well as many groups that are realigning to reform My covenant plan. The wind is blowing and you know not where it’s going, but those born of the Spirit will begin to flow in the wind in a new way. Communications systems are changing! Be still and listen. Set a guard. Ask for angels to guard your mouth, for there is a communication warfare that’s going on right now. Do not lean on your own understanding. Take the word I give you and repeat it, rehearse it, for communication systems are changing and even now things you hear will make you think in a wrong way, or make you think in a different way. I say to you: listen carefully, listen carefully, for communications are changing.

“Seas are becoming tumultuous. Leviathan is stirring.
I’ve had to shift into homes for you to see the currents that are flowing through and affecting your minds. Even the way you’re connecting in, as you connect into communication systems, you must understand that there are sources coming to confuse your communication and to stop your freedom of speech and the things that I have given you to speak. Listen carefully. Communication systems are changing. Every communication you receive is key for you to look at. This is a time when you must discern the waves and the currents of communications that are coming into your midst.”

Worship - Offering Yourself to God

Today I thought to share a devotional on the power of worship, taken from The Purpose Driven Life website, home of Senior Pastor Rick Warren.

The devotional explains what the power of worship is all about. As it states emphatically, "...worship is offering yourself to God..." Your whole self. Romans 12:1 "Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your reasonable act of worship. (NIV).

Many people think they worship God when they
  • sing the worship songs on Sunday in church
  • listen to good Christian teachings on the radio
  • give of their time to help the poor
  • give finances (for a tax receipt)
But as this article shows us, God wants our whole self. Read the article and discover ways fear is keeping you from offering your whole self to God. Keeping you from worship.
